All prices are in EUR. Residence tax not included. Air conditioning 5€ per day.
Terms and conditions
- The prices refer to the daily rent.
- The rent price includes: bed linen, towels, water and electricity expenses, cooking and table utensils, toilet paper (uppon arrival only) and cleaning once a week.
- If the number of persons staying in an apartment exceeds its capacity, each additional person older than 4 years will be charged 5 EUR daily.
- The prices are valid if the period of stay exceeds a three nights stay. In case of a shorter stay the prices will be increased by 20%.
- On the arrival day guests can use the room / apartment after 4:00 pm. On the departure day they have to free the room / apartment before 10:00 am.
- All the apartments have a possibility to use barbecue.
